This is the company’s most amenitized adaptive reuse project to-date, offering 260 multifamily units across studio and 1-bedroom apartments. This project converted a 100-year old YMCA into a multifamily mixed use project, including a fully restored basketball court and swimming pool along with multiple outdoor terraces.
